The only Crabbet stallion to sire a U.S. National Champion Halter Stallion and a U.S. National Champion Park Horse.  *Count Dorsaz was one of the many Hanstead horses exhibited under saddle.  He sired one National Champion, Count Bazy. At the Royal International Horse Show *Count Dorsaz was twice the winner of the coveted Winston Churchill Award for the best riding horse of all breeds.  He inherited and passed on a full measure of the *Rissalix action.  He sired 185 registered foals before his death at the ripe old age of 31.  He is sire of 15 National winners in halter and performance.
